These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Pixel Panzer ("the App"), developed by WebKoding ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on any Apple-branded device you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of the App.
Pixel Panzer Pro Subscription — Required disclosure:
Pixel Panzer Pro is an auto-renewable subscription. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price. You can manage and cancel your subscription from your Apple ID Account Settings at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
All prices are in USD and may vary by region. Actual price is shown at checkout in the App Store. Prices are subject to change with notice.
Consumable items (Gems) are depleted upon use and are non-refundable. Non-consumable items and subscriptions are subject to Apple's refund policies. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
You agree not to:
All content in the App — including graphics, audio, code, and design — is owned by WebKoding or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
The App uses Apple's Game Center for leaderboards and achievements, and optionally Apple's iCloud/CloudKit for save data sync. Your use of these features is governed by Apple's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of Apple services.
After a defeat you may optionally watch a rewarded advertisement (Google AdMob) to revive. Ads are not required to play. If you watch an ad, Google’s advertising terms and privacy policy apply to that impression in addition to these Terms.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WebKoding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The App is rated 9+ and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us immediately at the address below.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via an in-app notice. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Istanbul, Turkey. If you are located in the European Union, you may also be entitled to submit disputes to your local consumer protection authority.
